There is a program called 'xvidtune' which can be used to make small adjustments to video settings. Be warned though it's quite possible to 'cook' your monitor with outlandish settings! What precisely are you trying to do for this machine? My iMac (CRT screen) comes up **beautiful** ... straight off the cdrom. Please advise.
Sorry I am trying to center the screen as it is off to one side. When I was running OSX I could center
it using the software but with Kubuntu it is over to the left and slightly off screen.
I had to reinstall OSX just to get the screens position even on all sides.
