vpnc resets resolv.conf file though tunnel is there

Hi,
I'm using vpnc and i'm facing an issue.
vpnc resets resolv.conf suddenly though the vpn tunnel is still active.
So I can use the ip address to reach my destination but the resolving
stuff doesn't work.
Is this a common problem or is there a workaround for this.
I'm using the vpnc from command line connecting to a cisco 3000 concen
trator.
