HP (ex Compaq) nx9030 laptop, normally wire or wifi connected to LAN, working fine.
Just installed driver for built-in Conexant Winmodem for dial-up connection, works through terminal or run command wvdial.
I would like to set preferences and make this connection selectable through Network Settings, but the modem is not being recognized, ie. is not available for configuration.
Any recipes?
