Greetings.
1. We have two laptops and one desktop in our community. The lap tops wireless work well with MS windows and in Kubuntu. We have a cable line connected to a wifi adapter. We have disabled wef. The ethernet is eth0 and wireless is eth1. The wireless modem is built in both the laptops.
2 On the desktop. we have a wireless card (edimax-wireless lan pci adapter for ieee 802.11g turbo mode. The ethernet (eth0) and wirless ( ra1) show they are enabled when we configure manually in kubuntu. On the MS windows (We have two systems) wireless works. It automatically detects . But on Kubuntu it does not work.
