Kernel Upgrade Breaks Wireless - Intel Pro

Have today upgraded to kernel 2.6.21.3 but now my wireless connection does not show, only the wired (eth0).

Wireless works perfectly on 2.6.20.16 and shows as eth1.

Using Feisty and Intel Pro IPW2200

Any advise appreciated as to how to get hardware detected.

    Thanks in advance
    Andy

    Hi,

Sorry to take out an old post, but in case you didn't have answers. How are you trying to install this kernel, if you're compiling it, you should enable the integration of ipw2200 driver in the make xconfig. BTW upgrading to gutsy gibbon will get you to kernel 2.6.22
And finally impair kernel number are usually beta...

    Hope it helps
