Hello -
A linux newbie here. I am trying to get my wireless card to work with Fiesty Fawn but so far no luck. I went through the suggested steps to find the problem but I was not able to resolve. I have searched the forums but did not see anything specific that would help resolve the issue. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
1) First I confirmed that the driver and card should be compatible with Linux on this site. It said I would use the airo_cs driver. http://linux-wless.passys.nl/query_c...hipset=Aironet
2) The result of hardware command:
sorabh@home-laptop:~$ sudo lshw -C network
*-network
description: Cisco Systems
physical id: 0
version: 350 Series Wireless LAN Adapter
slot: Socket 0
resources: irq:3
*-network

width: 32 bits
clock: 33MHz

configuration: broadcast=yes driver=xircom_cb ip=192.168.0.105

As you can see it does show my Cisco card, and a wireless interface but strangely enough it breaks it into two different *network entries.
Also as you can see there is no driver listed for the Wireless Card.
2) When I list the PCI devices I get the following output
sorabh@home-laptop:~$ sudo lspci

As you can see my wireless device is not listed.
3) The list of modules does show the driver loaded
sorabh@home-laptop:~$ sudo lsmod | grep airo

It looks like my driver is loaded and my card is working but either my driver is not associated with the card or something else is amiss in the connection. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
