Ndiswrapper problem (of using error) with D-Link DWL-132G... Help!

Hi, first thing: sorry for my english, I'm italian...

I tried to use ndiswrapper to load Win XP driver of my D-Link USB wireless adapter, under Debian Etch it runs, here it does not even turn on its lights.
The best way for me to describe the probles is posting a log of my Konsole:

    Code:
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# rmmod ndiswrapper
ERROR: Module ndiswrapper does not exist in /proc/modules
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# ndiswrapper -l
    athfmwdl : driver installed
    device (2001:3A03) present
    neta5agu : driver installed
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# ndiswrapper -v
    utils Error: no version specified!
    driver version: 1.38
    vermagic: 2.6.20-15-generic SMP mod_unload 586
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# depmod -a
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# modprobe ndiswrapper
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# iwconfig
    lo no wireless extensions.

    eth0 no wireless extensions.
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# rmmod ndiswrapper
    Segmentation fault
    root@marty-kubuntu:~# rmmod ndiswrapper
