Perl script 'fileshareset' is set suid root. (Seems to have solved itself)

When I try to set file share permissions for a folder I get the following error:

An error occurred while trying to share folder '/home/neil/Desktop/New Folder'. Make sure that the Perl script 'fileshareset' is set suid root.

How is this set?

EDIT: Seems to work now, probably just needed a re boot
