    RTL818x wirless support in Feisty-Fawn

    I have a Wireless NIC with a Realtek RTL8185 chip. Edgy-EFT found and installed this card with no trouble. Subsequent configuration was easy and all was well. Feisty-Fawn 7.04 does not even know the card is in the computer. Does anyone have any ideas? I have hit a stopping point.

    If all else fails, you can always reinstall edgy and then upgrade to fiesty. Just search the forums for a how-to.

      John, thanks for your reply. Actually, The Feisty installation was done via online upgrade. Maybe I should download Feisty and do a complete install.
