Kubuntu 7304 Live CD Won't install

I have tried 3 times with two different CD's and it won't install... I keep getting the same error:

"Executing 'grub-install/dev/boot' failed. This is a fatal error."

What the heck is wrong here and how can I fix it?

When you get the first menu before you start installing, there is an option to do a disc check. If the disc check comes out ok, you may have a bad iso image. If you used a downloader prog and you paused it then started it again, it could have corrupted the image halfway through.
