KDE/Kubuntu Logout Screen Default

I installed KDE over Ubuntu. I do not have the default kde logout screen that has the dragon figure on it. How can I get that ?

ThAnks for the link. It worked for me. However, as in that link, the Restart Computer is Not Working.
Where/What is the script that is involved in the logout screen for kde?
