Could not install Kubuntu 7.04 or Gutsy on Samsung R20 Laptop

I am trying to install Kubuntu 7.04 or Gutsy on Samsung R20 Laptop from Live CD.

Laptop - Samsung R20-X004 - Intel Core Duo, ATI Radeon 1250, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB Sata.

ATI Card is not initialized and install process is not going (shell is starting only).
