I woke up this morning, turned on my computer, and chose my Ubuntu Kernal. It loaded, loaded the kubuntu loading sign, and when I get to login screen, I put in my info. I wait for about 30 seconds, and a little box at the top left says 'KConfig cant load', so I restart my computer. I do the same thing again, now the computer screen just goes dark and goes back to login screen, but now my cursor icon is seemingly invisible...

Re: KConfig...
One option is to choose "recovery mode" from grub. It'll boot to a command-line interface (no gui) as root. Try reinstalling it....
first enter:
apt-get remove kconfig
and press enter. when the operation is complete, enter in:
apt-get install kconfig
and press enter. After the operation is complete, type in reboot and hit enter.
If Kconfig was damaged, this ought to repair it. Hope it helps.<br />
