Problem on boot, "could not mount selected partition"??

    Hi,
I have decide to try Kubuntu, so I get a CD with Kubzuntu 7.04. I have two HDD, on secon would be a Kubuntu linux. After instalation (automatic hdb partitioning with ext3 and make a swap) grub has shown, but after I choose kernel, or anything else I have a message "Could not mount selected partition..." assume hdb partition. I have try manul partition, same message again. So, what should I do next? Anyone?

Should this problem be solved if I leave only a HDD for Kubuntu 7.04?

If my guess were right, you'd have to eliminate (or restore) those "UUID"s ...

How can I do that, command, procedure? I am a newbie to all that. How can I use console, if it can be mounted, stopped on the beginning. Is it possible by live cd (but I know that nothing will be written on HD)
