Why ? What does this try to make ? Can I disable it ?

In short: this traffic may (or may not) be pointless, but it is not critical.
224.0.0.251 is a "LAN only" address, used in the context of DNS et al.

Thanks very much for the response, but who is triing to done this traffic, which program? how to disable this? I have don't found this address under any file on etc ...

It seams comes from the avahi-daemon ... but what is this

ahavi is the Linux's zeroconf implementation which allows easier local network service discovery.
