Kudos to the Kubuntu devs!
With all the "bad" news in the forum, I thought an atta-boy post was overdue.
Feisty is running on a Dell D610, and since so many are having wireless issues, I'll share my story:
Both detected by LiveCD...
Dell Wireless 1470 (BCMxxxx)
Netgear WAG511
The broadcom card is only half working, but I don't use it, and don't really care. I've got the latest Madwifi atheros drivers installed and patched for Aircrack-ng and ptw. Injection works fine. Kismet works great, etc.
Thanks for a great distribution guys. Kubuntu has officially become my distro of choice.
Cheers,
Kelt
