    Installing ndiswrapper from CDRom

I've added the cdrom as a source so that I can install ndiswrapper, but don't seem to be able to get to any of the packages. My sources list reads

    # See http://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes for how to upgrade to
    # newer versions of the distribution.

    deb cdrom:[Kubuntu 7.04 _Feisty Fawn_ - Release i386 (20070417)]/ feisty main restricted
    deb http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted
    deb-src http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted
    etc, etc,
    What have I not done?

Also, when I apt-get update, the CDRom line shows as:

    Ign cdrom://Kubuntu 7.04 etc etc

Where Ign I presume means Ignore? Why?

      Re: Installing ndiswrapper from CDRom

I'd really appreciate some help if anyone's got a clue.

Here's the exact output from apt-get update :

      Ign cdrom://Kubuntu 7.04 _Feisty Fawn_ - Release i386 (20070417) feisty Release.gpg
      Ign cdrom://Kubuntu 7.04 _Feisty Fawn_ - Release i386 (20070417) feisty/main Translation-en_US
      Ign cdrom://Kubuntu 7.04 _Feisty Fawn_ - Release i386 (20070417) feisty/restricted Translation-en_US
The CDRom drive is mounted ok and the disk checks out. I do notice that when I use the, 'Manage Repositories', option in Adept, I get a message saying:

The information about available software is out-of-date
and that I need a working connection to continue! Catch 22...
