Live-CD Freezes after choosing the first option

Hello there, when I try to boot the livecd everything goes well until y choose to Start or Install Kubuntu, when I do that the screen goes black and for a little moment it displays a message like "loading" or something like that, then black and even if i wait a long period of time it just doesnt works... it stays black...

My computer is:

Pentium 4 (2.4)
640 Ram
Intel Motherboard / Chipset (845)
Samsung CD-RW
80 GB HD

It can load other Live-CD's, and it runs from the HD perfectly Kubuntu Dapper...

If anybody can help, i will be very grateful...
