I have download a Feisty-beta iso and want to burn it into my CD. But I found the iso is a bit lager than a CD and i cannot burn it into my CD. So I want to upgrade my edgy directly from iso. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Is it possible to do this? Think you all!

iso files are not regular data that you burn to a CD or DVD. iso are image files. It is kind of like the blueprint for how the CD/DVD. To burn an iso to a disc, you have to choose "burn image" from your CD/DVD burning application. Search around the menu bar looking for "image".

You also could open K3b and go to:
- "Settings"
- "Configure k3b"
- "Advanced"
- Make sure that the "Allow Overburning" and "Force Unsafe operations" options are marked and click on "Apply"
Then burn the ISO choosing "Burn CD Image"
Most probably you will be able to have the ISO burned into a Blank CD
