Well, seeing as windows Vista was having such compadability issues with my TV card (it worked, but not well...) I figured I'd throw it in the linux system and see if one of the programs on there could use it. Well, I shut it down, through the button (I know you're not supposed to, but Kubuntu takes a lifetime to shut down on this machine. Stupid, I know.) and put in the card. Started it up, and nothing. It lit up, its running, but no memory post beeps and no display AT ALL. Not even a black screen! I figured it was a hardware conflict, so I unplugged it, let it sit for 5 minutes and pulled the TV Card, then started it up again. Same thing! I think I just killed my linux box. Anybody know how I can fix it
