I'm running Feisty and would like to know what I need to do to in order to get my HP 5110 OfficeJet to send/receive faxes. I have already installed it as a local USB printer and printing is working 100%.

Go into adept and see if hplip is installed. It probably already is.
At that point it will probably be as simple as kmenu-> run -> type in hp-toolbox
