Will Kubuntu install on an Intell 810E chipset

I've read that Linux has problems with the 810 chipset. Has this been fixed? Thanks.

I found this thread pertaining to your issue, and this one, and also this post and here.

It looks as though it is still slightly buggy, but also that it's being analyzed and debugged; there too appears to be many work arounds for the bugs, just google it.

In conclusion, not having an i810 chip, I don't know. I suppose you'll just have to experiment
