Feisty Fawn with Xubuntu on not powerful computer

Hi all,
I just wanted to share my solution:
My computer is not so powerful. I installed kubuntu, well updated in Feisty, but it was too slow with memory, particularly for using kmail (with a lot of mail). Now,I use only xubuntu as desktop environment, but still use kde programs: It is perfect!

If you willing to learn how to configure the menus and such, ICEWM is extremely fast, especially on low spec boxes.

Also if the box is that low on specs I would suggest you test out Puppy Linux. It's incredible what it can do with old machines.
