Big problems with motherboard

Hi to all, i was wondering if someone could help to install the driver for my ASUS M5N - E motherboard, because i can't hear any sounds.

I found the drivers for my motherboard but....

I have an M2N-E and havn't been able to get the onboard to work either, though in my case i think it may be because I am using a PCI Audigy also. Seems that its detected the onboard sound and mixed it with the card so that the onboard faders show but have no effect and the Audigy D/O doesnt work properly. Not been able to either disable on enable onboard sound :\
