Set Single Mouse click to select but not activate

When I left-click an icon I would like the behavior to be such that the icon is highlighted but not activated. I would like to have to double-click to launch the icon's activity. I can't see how to set this behavior. Where is it set?

Kmenu>>system settings>>keyboard and mouse>>mouse

Select the options/actions you wish and save.
