    Updating video driver

I replaced my video card with an ATI Radeon 9550 and I notice Kubuntu is stepping when I move a window. How would I update the driver? Thanks.

One might try my script, the step-by-step instructions, or Envy.

How do you run a script? I'm new to Kubuntu and Linux. Thanks.

Download it and stick it somewhere. I'll assume your home (~). So, after it's in your home, open up Konsole and cd to the directory with the script (e.g. "cd Desktop", but you're already in your home when you start Konsole.) So, you need to mark it executable; i.e. "chmod +x fglrx.txt". Finally, execute it, with "./fglrx.txt". (Read the help first, though, "./fglrx.txt --help".)

(If you choose, you may pick a more appropriate extension, like ".sh".
