    Re: laptop nvidia driver ?

    This page says the newest driver (-9755) will run your chip:

    http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_18897.html

    So, in Adept Manager, select packages
    Code:
    linux-restricted-modules-{your Feisty kernel here}
    and
    Code:
    nvidia-glx-new
    and NO OTHER NVIDIA- PACKAGES, and mark them for installation, and after restarting your xserver you should be good to go.

        The simplest way is to press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Backspace], if I remember well. There should, however, also be an option somewhere in the login-screen.

          Yep, or (when logged out) you can just press Ctrl+E.
          For external use only.
