I did a complete install of FEISTY and now I have no sound. I am a newbie and have tried to follow suggestions in the forum. I got as far as detecting that the onboard sound card is a STAC 92XX. As near as I can tell, there isn't a driver for it yet. I had sound in EDGY so how can I get it back? I have sound in WINDOZE when I boot to it so it isn't a BIOS setting.
I solved the problem by re-installing Feisty. Now it works fine! Go figure!!!
