If anyone has a Lexmark Z25/35 printer thet they want to run with Feisty, let me know.
I found a link which, after following some long-winded instructions, sort of (semi) installed the printer on my system. It appeared to use the .tar.gz file from the Lexmark Website. It did not work properly. However, the process resulted in the creation of 2 RPMs which I converted to .deb files with alien.
The printer (a Z25) now works for me following installation of the .deb files. This printer is described as a paperweight at the Cups website. If anyone would like these .deb files (without any warranty of course) send me a private message with your e-mail address and I will e-mail them to you. Alternatively, is there anywhere I could upload them to?
