Hello everybody! I want Kubuntu cause it fast, stable, easy. Just I have got a BIG problem. I install the whole system without problems. The Kubuntu havent got restricted Nvidia driver at me, so I installed "nvidia-glx" in the console with sudo apt-get ... After that I have a restart. After this everything is so small (fonts), and the max resolution is 640x480@60 ... the glxgears is working (not as in NV driver). After I change ANYthing in Xorg.conf my system is die. I have a restart after Xorg reconfig (add bigger resolution) it stand up, but when it wants to start KDE it just bring me a simple console ... PLEASE HELP!!!! I used a lot of linux, but this is the best !!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!! THANKS A LOT!

The best way to reconfigure X if you're not especially familiar with the config file is to run "sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg". Run this from anywhere you like, console, Konsole, or whatever.For external use only. -
