I'm trying to solve some problems with the new upgrade (disks and cdroms) , and I've discovered that the tool Disk and Partition editor in kde called kde-guidance doesn't work anymore because says: old control module loaded when you upgrade kde.
So this is true because I don't trust to upgrade to new configuration files for olds experiences example with kdm that didn't allow me to enter with my password! Anyway do you know which file configuration is? so I can reinstall the package and select "upgrade" and not "keep"? Maybe in this way I can solve also the problem with the automatic mounting cdroms on my desktop. actually I solved this problem with an device icon that mount when I click on it but I would like to have my automation back as stupid user.
