    SATA DVD-RW not automounting DVDs

For some reason, Feisty is only automounting normal CDs but its not mounting DVDs for some reason to the desktop I have to manually mount it. Once I mount the DVD however, I can read the contents of the disc, although I dont know if dvd movies work yet. Heres what scsiadd -p gives me.

    Code:
    Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
Vendor: ATA Model: ST3320620NS Rev: 3.AE
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 05
    Host: scsi1 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
Vendor: ASUS Model: DRW-1814BLT Rev: 1.04
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 05
    Host: scsi2 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00

After inserting a DVD, go to media:/ in Konqueror. Right-click on the DVD, then click Properties. Choose the "Mounting" tab, then check "mount automatically". This may only affect that specific DVD, though.
    For external use only.

Oddly enough it doesn't appear in media:/ when I insert a DVD. The only way I can mount a DVD is if I right click on the desktop and create a new link to a device, and then right click on that and select mount. Even after I mount the DVD it doesn't appear in media:/ still. Very strange bug if you ask me.

Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same problem. Just installed Feisty today, and I can't seem to get DVDs recognized. CDs work just fine.
