The Battery indicator never goes away. when I putt my cursor over it, it tells me that its fully charged at 95% It never actually reaches 100%

I've noticed that with my ACER. Usually I unplug the power for a while (5 minutes) then plug it back in. After a while it does eventually go to 100%. Like right now it says fully charged at 98%. I'll unplug it. After it drains about 5 minutes I plug it back up and it will charge to 100%.
I've never figured that out. I do have one question. How good is your battery life? Mine actually stinks. Other than that, I love my ACER. Especially on Kubuntu. Runs a heck of a lot better than under XP. Even though mine says VISTA CAPABLE, I doubt it is. Especially from what I've read and reviewed personally. I'm actually just about 100% Kubuntu now. There are a few games I still need M$ for
