i have downloaded some windows decoration themes from Kdelook.org but do not know how to install them.
plz guide me.

I think you should check whether one of the window decorations available in the 'universe' repository would suit your needs (filter for 'kwin-').

Secondary option would be to check whether the decoration you want has a .deb download available.
