Cannot create new user

Hi

I have been trying to create a new user account, but can't figure out how. According to the manual I should go to K-menu->System Settings->Users and Groups . But there is no "Users and Groups" in my System Settings. I also tried "kdesu systemsettings", but still no "Users and Groups".

Do you have 'User Management' in systemsettings, you should be able to add user's in there (in 'Admin mode')

EDIT: Just noticed you're using dapper, not sure whether it was the same for dapper, but probably worth a check

Do you have 'User Management' in systemsettings, you should be able to add user's in there (in 'Admin mode')

No, I don't have that. Just "User Account", and that is only for  my own account.
