How do I restore my fonts to the default?

I've recently installed Automatix2 and Nvidia drivers and somehow it changed the fonts to such a point where they are very unreadable.

I want to restore my fonts like they were when I installed Kubuntu but somehow I see that they already are set to default.

How does that explain the difference in websites like blogger where the fonts are not only smaller but grey

    - and -

also the Kubuntu log-in dialog fonts are way smaller too.

    Thanks!

    Hi dannyboy@kubuntu

I hope I can help you on this.
    First open System Setting
    then select Appearance
You can then change the Font settings to how you want them display

Sorry I do not no which font you need
I too installed Automatic2 and the NVidia driver

    Good Luck

Thank you for giving the time to try.

I have tried this before and curiously the problems I mentioned are still there.

The Kubuntu login screen's fonts are still small and certain websites display text (specifically codes) really small and grey no matter what adjustments I make.

The kubuntu login is a themed kdm login that does not respond to the settings in control center. You have to change kdm to NOT use a theme.

in /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc find the line that says
        UseTheme=true

and change it to false. You can then set font sizes and other things in kdm through the login manager icon in the control center.

Thanks for the help man, but in the lonely space in between my problem and me seeing your reply I decided to reinstall Kubuntu.

The login screen returned to its normal readable self and I just copied the backup Home directory over the existing one to bring back other tweaks that I like.

All is ok, thanks to the gnu/linux community
