How change directory and run program in IceWM menu?

For example I want run program 'wavesurfer' from '/home/a/kalbap/g/' directory, from IceWM menu. How can I do that?
I try that:
prog wavesurfer wavesurfer "cd /home/a/kalbap/g/" & "/home/al/prog/wavesurfer",
But not work.
