    User mounting samba shares

    Hi there,

    I use by laptop at work, where they've a wonderfully unreliable Windows network. Nevertheless, I've four different windows volumes that I need to mount regularly.

    In System Settings > Disks & Filesystems I have the four of them set up so that they mount no problem from "Administrator" mode. However, I'd like to be able to mount them just as a user (preferably from the storage media panel applet).

    I've selected the option in Disks & Filesystems "Can be mounted by anyone at anytime", but when I go to mount as user it still claims there's no such media.

    The fstab lines for the volumes are all along the following lines:

    //SMBHost/SMBshare /home/me/mountpoint/ smbfs workgroup=workgroup,uid=1000,gid=1000,noauto,rw,us ers,credentials=/etc/fstab_smb_credentials_1 0 0

    Is there something I'm missing?

    Cheers.
Working...
