Add User Configuration

Hello.
I want want to have a certain wall paper for each user created under kubuntu, also to have certain icons on the desktop does anyone know how i can do that so i dont have to configure each user?

Hi,

It seems to be into this file :
~/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc for each user
I guess there should be a place where you should be able to configure it for all new user but I guess it should use kpersonalizer or something like this.
Maybe this one :
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde-profile/default/share/config/kdesktoprc
