    gdebi for Kubuntu

In GNOME I had GDEBI in charge of installing DEBs! But in KDE I have no option to install them, even if I right click on a DEB!

So for now I've installed GDEBI and it handles DEBs great!
Is there a native program in KDE that would do what GDEBI does, something like KDEBI??

Well you can not install .deb packages by clicking or double clicking on them but if - www.Mp3BuLsana.comyou right click on package and select "install" from the menu, you can easily install them...

You can right click on a .deb and select the Kubuntu Package Menu to install it.

You might be glad to know that there seems to be some plans to have a gdebi in Kubuntu in the next release.

vanaedium: true, but compared to gdebi, KPackage is a full package manager, like Synaptic or Adept. And I find it to be the bulkiest of the 3. so for simply installing a .deb package, KPackage might be a bit of an overkill, don't you think?
