    Azureus doesn't work

    Hi,

I installed Azureus using Adept package manager. When it run it, the main window comes up, along with any 'status' messages in the smaller window. However, beyond that, nothing works. Clicking on any of the menu items does nothing. Clicking 'hide' on the smaller window does nothing. I eventually have to kill the process.

    Can someone help please?

    Thanks!

      Re: Azureus doesn't work

I will get the error messages later this evening when I'm home.

I've tried KTorrent, but it doesn't have some of the features that Azureus does (i2p, ignore by ratio, etc.).

      Thanks.

Here's the text when I run it from a shell console:

          Re: Azureus doesn't work

I *think* its fixed now... haven't actually tried to stream a torrent yet, but all the menus and interface is working fine.

I believe it was a java issue. Did some further reading and installed an updated java package.

Hopefully it'll be fine... have to install i2p now

          Thanks!
