Automatix2 Problem

Hi.I have amd64 laptop with Kubuntu Dapper and I installed automatix2 and when I run it from menu evrything ok then I choose something and after clicking Start.I get this message ...

`Automatix will not run alongside an independent instance of adept.Please run just one of them at a time`

I did not run adept but I get this error...

What can be the problem!

Hi,

I think it's because the apt database is locked. Try sudo apt-get update.
If you see an error like database locked, so type in :
sudo apt-get -f install
and / or
sudo dpkg-configure -a

Then rerun automatix
