when i open the kde sound module in the control center it says:

i have tried re-installing arts but it says that will break packages.
i can still play sound well. its only the control module that appears to be "broken"
I only noticed this after the last update.
The specified library arts could not be found.
The diagnostics is:
/usr/lib/kde3/kcm_arts.so: undefined symbol: _ZN15KProgressDialog4showEv
Possible Reasons:
An error occured during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module.
You have old third party modules lying around.
