Does anyone have any experience using the KDE Kiosk framework? I am using the kiosktool to set up the initial profile configuration, but it's not working like I would expect... I set a kicker background but it never shows... I am lost on how to set a default "Theme", even though I copied over the kdethememanager rc and associated files. I've read the articles on the KDE site about how it is supposed to work, but like I said even if I copy the config files to the default profile locations, some settings seem to not take effect. Am I missing something important?
All I basically want to do is log in as a user, set up things exactly how I want them to look, and then copy that setup as the system default. If someone has done this, please let me know. Thanks.
