apt-get don't work anymore

Hi there kubuntu users.

Last weekend I installed kubuntu on my laptop. I loved the way of installing applications with the apt-get command. But today when I tryed to install elinks (a browser for commandline) it don't work anymore. I got the following messages:

Can anyone help me, at this time I am just u kubuntu noob so it can be something stupid ...

are you using the same connection you always used? it happened to me once when i was behind a firewall and i had to use a proxy for accessing the web. you have to configure apt.conf insert this Acquire::http::Proxy "http://IP-proxy:PortNumber"

there are no changes in my network. I alway use it here at home ans it worked. Today I tried it on a differend place (my there I needed a proxy) where it don't worked. When I was home a tried it again but it failed like I described in my first message.

The localized archives may be down (http://be.archive.ubuntu.com/ looks to be empty actually)
I would suggest trying different mirrors, you can simply replace the "be" in http://be.archive.ubuntu.com with another country code (US) for example, or just use http://archive.ubuntu.com/ instead.

I changed the servers in my sources.list file to http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com and now it works.
