Shortcuts to files

Hi,

Does anyone know how to make a shortcut to another file from within Konqueror? I would like to emulate the shortcut capable that Win XP has where one can put a shortcut in one directory that points to a real file in another directory.

just like winsozz, drag & drop the file while pressing the ctrl-shift buttons

Or alternatively drag&drop a file and choose 'Link Here' from the context menu
