Konsole Unable to Open a PTY???

I'm attaching a snapshot of this roadblock. Any ideas how to resolve it?

Hi,

I guess it's just a bug of adept... You're not able to open a tty to interact with you
Try to launch it by CLI.
For example, sudo dpkg --configure -a

somehow it resolved itself. I ran the program again a few times and it somehow worked its way through the roadblock and the pending updates all installed.
But thanks for the helpful hint! I appreciate that.
