EasyUbuntu is not so Easy

I have run EasyUbuntu on my Ubunbu Dapper with no problems. I just did a fresh install of Kubuntu Dapper and tried to run EasyUbuntu with it and it just freezes my whole Kubuntu system. I also found a script to remove EasyUbuntu and that does not work either.

Has anyone else had bad experiences using Easyubuntu in KDE ? I would like to hear if anyone knows why it is freezzing my Kubuntu, and does anyone know how to uninstall it other than that script file that does not work for me. If I can not find a solutiion or fix I would be very interested on how to get it off my computer....otherwise, I am loving my Kubuntu......

Ran fine here, didn't have any noticable problems for me.

I never had any problems with it but i prefer Automatix. maybe you should give that a try?

Thank you very much, I did give Automatix a try about 30 minutes ago and it worked flawlessly ! I'll forget about EasyUbuntu for sure......

Automatix is the only way to go. It even worked flawlessly on my iMac.
