Default - Links - swiftfox

I finally got thunderbird to open up swiftfox by default..
But how do I get it to be universal. so when I click on a link in a text document in Kate or any other text editor it will open swiftfox and not konqueror.

System settings>KDE Components
you should be able to change it under Default Applications

Nope that does not work. its already set there, but konqueror takes over from most links.
