Amarok isn't working...

I have a big problem with amarok and mp3 files, when I try to play a mp3, amarok says that it's not a supported file.... the funny thing is that it was working...and suddenly it just stops.......
yes... I have libxine, w32codecs and all that stuff installed
yes... I've reinstalled everything... codecs and amarok
yes... MP3 files are working with xmms

So..... What the hell is going on?? why can't I play mp3 in amarok?

Are you sure that you've got Amarok configured to use the Xine engine? Settings>"Configure Amarok">Engine>"Sound System">"xine engine".
